Emergency Radiology for Emergency Physicians

INDUSEM achieved another milestone when it hosted its maiden National Training School on “Emergency Radiology” at AIIMS in January 2018.

Teaching faculty, Residents and leaders from the fields of Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Critical Care and Radiology from across India attended this School.

It was the first time this school received 18 CPD Credit points from UK.

Emergency X-rays, CT Scans and all radiology investigations related to emergency conditions were covered in this school.

The School was supported by The Royal College of Radiology (UK), INDUSEM, ACEE, EMA, AIIMS, WHO SEAR, ICCES.

Faculty from India and UK namely Prof Praveen Agrawal, Prof Sanjeev Bhoi, Dr.Tej Prakash Sinha, Dr. Guru Karnati, Dr. Joanna Brown, Dr. Ramy Mansour led this workshop.

The vision of INDUSEM is to bring Concept of Emergency Radiology in India to build the capacity of Acute Care physicians. ACEE in collaboration with Royal College of Radiology will bring this science in India and South East Asia with WHO SEAR. The Next School will be held in October 2018
