INDUSEM Patrons Drs. Kiran & Pallavi Patel announce Medical School in USA

INDUSEM Patron, Cardiologist, Philanthropist and pioneer of Social Engineering Models Dr. Kiran C Patel became the First Person of Indian Heritage to launch a Medical School in The United States.

Dr.Kiran Patel and Dr. Pallavi Patel will have two school names after them after they together pledged over 200 Million USD of their personal wealth to create the School of Medicine and School of Health Sciences.

Their Donation will help expand the Nova Southeastern University Campus to Clearwater, Florida where the schools will be located.

As per the Miami Herald “The new Clearwater campus is expected to open in 2019, a deadline that Kiran Patel called “amazingly aggressive.” That year, NSU expects to graduate 380 doctors of osteopathy a year, more doctors than any school statewide.NSU, a private non-profit university with around 23,000 students, also plans to add a tradition M.D. program next year on its Davie campus, along with a new teaching hospital that will replace Plantation General Hospital.”

“Dr. Patel has personally lead the creation of India’s Unique Private Public Sector Social Engineering Transformation in the Village of Mota fafalia in Gujarat. Many of the INDUSEM Leaders including faculty from AIIMS find guidance in the values propagated by Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel is the Patron of the INDUSEM Mission. He has always supported undertakings which make an impact on patient care across the world. These include the support given to The American College of Academic International Medicine. The starting of a Medical School is a big milestone in the lives of Dr. Kiran and Dr. Pallavi Patel.
